The breakfast was good a filling, the rooms were well stocked and well cleaned. The property is close to nice restaurants, and not far from Ouray and Telluride. There is an indoor hot tub and pool that is open from 8 am to 10 pm. It is well maintained and stocked.
Excellent hotel if you’re traveling from southern Colorado towards Utah or vice versa. Very close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Great little place for an overnighter, maybe 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay longer than that but everything was very decent. Would definitely recommend!
The property itself is nice because it's fairly new but overall this was a major disappointment. The mattresses kept sliding off of the slick base. The breakfast was absolutely atrocious...rubbery eggs, nasty sausage-like patties, sweet, sugary cereal and a machine that dispensed some syrupy liquid called "juice." Way, way, way overpriced at nearly 400 dollars for one night. We wasted our Marriott-Bonvoy points on this place.
