Rooms could use some maintenance. Breakfast was lacking a few items and the pool was disgusting.
I usually stay I this hotel when I come in town and my experience is usually amazing this time it was just ok. There was a young man who I usually see at the desk when I come in town he was wearing glasses he checked me in no problem at 10 pm. I got there and I was being very needy and he accommodated everything I needed with a smile with no problems as I wake up this morning he’s still there and he was still in good spirits serving breakfast to the guest everything was fine til he left there was a African American lighter s... read more

Great accommodations for my travel from Chicago. Had a hiccup with the room alarm but the staff, led by Ms. Rose provided prompt resolutions and made sure the remainder of my stay was up to expectations. Great service and definitely my go to when in Montgomery.
