Well....initially my stay started out to be problematic. In my profession as a truck driver sleep is golden. My room had a couple issues that would have kept me up. Despite how busy the front seemingly was Bridget went out of her way to address it quickly and professionally. I can't express my appreciation enough. That turned around my entire stay around.

Overall, 3 stars. The rooms are clean, but very outdated. The floor is squeaky, the TV volume doesn’t go up at all, the crack in the door allows you to see into the hallway from the bed, worst WiFi imaginable (nothing loads, constant buffering, etc.), there’s ladybugs scattered everywhere in the room, the shower curtain doesn’t fit the stall, and there’s not many power outlets in the rooms. My first-time staying at Fairfield I can say you got a continued costumer. Thanks to the staff Mrs. Ivy for going above and beyond on giving the best hospitality. I felt very welcomed when I walked thru the door. The room was very clean.

Let me tell you about the amazing staff here! I was abandoned! Desolate! At the end of my rope! After my flight was canceled. The staff here got me a room on the cheap, short notice, and very polite. Then, when I unfortunately had to cancel because Delta gave me a hotel voucher that I couldn't use here, they (Bridgette? Sorry I forgot your name) canceled for free, and was genuinely happy that it worked out for me. I am 100% staying here next time I come out for work!
