Where do I start. When I arrived to check in one young lady was in training which is understandable. The lady helping her was nice. However a heavier set lady walked up behind them and made a smart gesture as we were trying to figure things out which kind of agitated me. I booked a king suite that was super small. The beds were super hard the three nights were very uncomfortable. The worst part was running out of towels and holding the guest accountable for not having clean towels available.
