Good location for the Missoula airport. What you would expect from a Fairfield. The breakfast was good. Rooms were up to date and clean. They did not advertise a $10/day parking charge (a surprise at checkout).

This property delivers outstanding customer service, especially for a Titanium member who stays many places across the country….The staff is highly responsive, the rooms are excellent, and management consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The slide and water features add a unique and enjoyable touch. I don’t see myself staying anywhere else in Missoula! Nellie and Kim are 10/10. Also I’m very picky and difficult 😝😝

I likely would have rated the hotel higher if it hadn’t been for the experience with my kids. I specifically chose this property because of the water slides, expecting they would provide daytime entertainment. While the pool is open from morning to evening, the slides are not. When we arrived on a weekday, I was told the slides only open at 4:30pm.
