Felt like a bit of a bait and switch. My fault, I assumed other Marriott hotels function and flows. After combing through reviews, a lot of the same issues. Staff wasn't following through with promises made while trying to book and check in. I get it, they are busy too, just own that you won't be able to do what you've said. Found just old cloths in a bag from a person's earlier stay when we were doing our final look before checkout. Pool, we picked this for this benefit. I even called to verify it's function. Very clean hotel, nice helpful employees, amazing breakfast! Love my stays here!
We were really disappointed staying here. It was our first hotel trip with our kids, 2 and 4. We booked a double bed room and ended up with a bed and pull-out couch instead - they said they overbooked? We were not told about the parking fee, so that was a bit of a shock. The included breakfast bacon was paper thin. And we were bummed to discover that they don't keep the water slides open during the day, only in the morning (8-10) and afternoon (4-8?).
