They have great slides two large slides pretty fun one open one enclosed, kid pool area with a fun mushroom waterfall and a little frog slide all shallow for kids. Very nice warm water. And the hot tub. We were there right before the slides closing at 9 PM, but they kept them open for 15 more minutes for the kids to go on the slides which was very kind. This hotel does not provide housekeeping services. I complained to the desk after the first day of no service, and the agent said the housekeepers were gone for the day (at 3:45 p.m.) and he assured me I would have service provided the next day as well a a phone call back from Kim Sawyer, the general manager. They dropped the ball on both counts and I never received any housekeeping services and the GM decided to avoid the confrontation and did not reach out as I was expecting. Great location next to the airport with a water park for the kids. Staff was great, very accommodating. Noise level from rooms above can be very loud, you can hear every step they take. Bathroom shower door handle was broken. Also, water leaked from the shower all over the floor, no seal to keep water in the basin and shower door didnt shut all the way. Asked for a shower cap and never received, but did forget my toothpaste and received complementary samples so that was nice. Breakfast in the morning is good, I hear the saus... read more

I’ve stayed here several times over the years and always enjoyed it, but the experience has changed quite a bit. They’ve started charging a parking fee, which seems unnecessary since the hotel isn’t in a busy downtown area with limited parking, it’s out on the edge of town. Their rooms are more run down than usual. I’ve also always appreciated that they used to offer a veteran discount, but that’s no longer accepted, which was disappointing.
