I was warmly greeted at check-in by Erinn at the front desk. She was very accommodating informed me about the hotel and let me know that as a silver elite I did have some water waiting for me in my room, which was really nice. My room was on the fourth floor. I was in a king suite I open the door. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I found my package with water and also there was a fresh cookie in the bag as well. The bed feels very comfy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location it’s new, nice and clean a great location near great eateries and stores to shop. The noise level was always peaceful. The front desk was very professional, Mr. Eric, Ms. Jennifer, the housekeepers, the breakfast lady and Mr. Fred Wilson and others I don’t know by name made up a great team. If I’m ever in the area again. I will definitely stay in the Fairfield Marriott in Collierville. 5
