Fairly new. Staff was just ok. Tried to call the front desk for 3 hours. staff member was outside smoking! Big drink of milk was lumpy spoiled

We were scheduled to stay from 9/3 through 9/15, and from the start, things just seemed a little off. Customer service was decent overall, but a bit unusual—for example, when I’d ask housekeeping for towels, I was told to “go downstairs and ask.” Not a huge issue, but inconvenient. The real problem happened on 9/8. My team and I left for work, got rained out, and returned to the hotel. Well maintained hotel, spacious rooms, and front desk staff was really helpful. Only complaint is the 2nd EV charger is basically unusable because the cord doesn't reach the parking space.

Been to this hotel 2 times this year and both times, the room condition was poor. Biggest issues was mold in the shower. It as apparent on the areas above eye site. This last time, the room thermostat did not funtion and a note was on it indicating to use the unit controls. Also have the wall paper peeling off in various areas of room and bathroom. Other issues include an elevator that does not function on both visits and I visited 3 months apart. Only reason I stayed here is due to work related trips. Yes the hotel seems ne... read more
