⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Gem in the Keys – Outstanding Customer Service! We had never been to the Florida Keys before and had originally booked a stay at a marina in Conch Key, which turned out to be very disappointing and outdated. We needed a place to stay for one night in Marathon before heading to Key West, and thankfully, we found the Fairfield Inn & Suites. The service was friendly, rooms were clean. The price was high compared to Holiday Inn Express. I didnt realize it until after we'd checked out, but they charged us $17 to use the parking lot! I'm not aware of any other hotel that does that. The morning we checked out, I got a milk at the complimentary breakfast and it was sour! Gosh, it tasted awful!!
