As soon as I walked in they said the hotel had no hot water. They understood if people cancelled their reservation but there was no way to get the points back for our stay we book. Then they refused to give me a room because a family member had helped book it and it was in their name. Once I finally got a room the fridge was broken so all my refrigerator items perished and the AC unit was broken to ON. I can’t sleep with AV for the life of me. Do not honor rates booked on Bonvoy App; going back and forth for weeks to get them to honor rate booked!
Very clean. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there.
