I booked our August stay at Fairfield Inn in Kansas City/ north/gladstone through Expedia in February. I paid in full We stayed the 2nights/2 rooms that I booked Went to pay my August credit card bill and Fairfield Inn charged me the full amount I disputed through my credit card. Sent them the Expedia page showing I paid. They told me the Aug charge is legit. (A letter explaining is supposed to be sent to me in a day or two) I online chatted with Expedia today. This is a great hotel to stay at when in the Kansas City area.
Wonderful hotel stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. No unpleasant smells from the room or the bed sheets/pillows. The A/C worked great, we had consistent hot water in the shower, and there were lots of hooks to hang things like your bath towel or robe. Will definitely stay again and refer to others.
Don’t know how they managed to be ranked as 3.5 stars. The sewer is not working at all in the toilet nor the shower. Mattresses are of low quality, very thin walls, a lot of noise, few towels, room not equipped. YOU BETTER FIND ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA for the same price
