They have been great during this stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room is nice.
Rooms are perfect like I’m like aww they don’t have it then I look and find it, person at cash register downstairs so nice had a smile on her face the whole time not to bad I love every thing about it! Stayed last night and Shawnee was the best!!! Anything we needed she had an answer immediately or whatever we needed. We will keep staying here over and over.
Got in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful! The next morning I asked for a late checkout and they were super helpful so I’d be able to go back to sleep! Thank you so much!
This negative review is only about the ADA accommodations, in case someone else in a power wheelchair has questions. The overall experience was great—for my husband who is not disabled. For me, dependent on a power wheelchair: 1. The bed was too low; the height difference between my wheelchair and the bed was too much. 2. I couldn’t roll under the sink due to the design—sink apron/skirt and placement of the sink too far from the edge. So to get any water, I had to be sideways. 3.
