My boyfriend was just here staying for a work trip all month long, the room and location are perfect. However, The first day the housekeepers came in they stole his phone charger, he didn’t notice until going to bed that night. When he went and told the front desk , they told him “oh it probably accidentally got put in a bag”. They never found his charger and he kept his DND sign on his door unless all of his stuff was taken out of the hotel room to allow them to come clean.

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff and service were great. The washing machines were broken or breaking; I had to wash a single load twice and the soap was still dried on the clothes so then I had to go across the street to a partner hotel for the 3rd and final wash. So 1 load was a 2.5hr experience and 1 mile of walking so that wasn't a great experience.

Easy to get to. It is by the airport so there is some plane noises but not crazy loud. Clean rooms.
