One of the best hotels in battle creek friendly service and clean environment. I know where im staying next time i visit battle creek !
Checked into my room and found a mouse trap sitting on the desk. Extremely uncomfortable. We were moved to another room, but despite the inconvenience, we were only allowed to stay about 30 minutes past checkout. On top of that, I was charged a 250 DOLLAR incidental fee that I was told would be returned at checkout. It wasn’t. After calling, I was told it could take 7–14 business days to get my money back. A world of difference from the Four Points across the highway. Clean, friendly staff, apps on the tv. Wonderful!
Rooms were clean, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was miniscule and lackluster at best. Could have at least had a waffle bar. Or a variety selection of cereal. C'mon we all dont need bran to get things moving in the morning! Would a couple pastries have killed them! Not worth the price, except the location us on point
