Agreed to cancel my reservation and failed to refund the money.
Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was great. The only problem I encountered was is that the pillows are absolutely horrible and need replacing. If you like flat feather like pillows, they may work for you. I just couldn’t get a good sleep. I give four stars because I loved everything else.
Requested to check in early because I was attending my Uncle's Funeral and they let's myself and my wife in early, now that's customer by caring
I stayed overnight on March 17th 2025. Overall a decent stay however the bathroom was completely out of conditioner. I would’ve called and asked for some but I was in a hurry and this somewhat ruined my experience.
