I was highly disappointed with my stay on October 18 & 19. The rooms and facility were clean. The staff however could diffidently be a littler more professional. I checked in around 3:30PM on the 18th, the lady at the front desk was very polite. When I checked out on the 19th, the lady at the front desk had been sitting off to the side reading or texting something on her cell phone which is just not professional.
