This hotel is a great, clean, and guest services are top tier. Front desk manager Smith goes over and beyond to accommodate his guests and he ensures his guests are comfortable and he does it with a happy to do it spirit! Whenever I visit Houston, this location is my first and only choice.! Highly recommended!👌
No issues, the women on the staff were being weird with me but other than that the stay was fine. Clean.
Rita at the front desk was truly a gem!! I shared a concern with her and she immediately moved to help me!! Rita went above and beyond - she had a genuine desire to make sure I was comfortable. She made me feel like a truly valued guest. Experiences like this are exactly why I will continue staying at Marriott.
