Fairfield Holland MI I wish I knew that women the was in charge Sunday morning 11/6/25. She was the most rude women to customers I have ever seen. There was an accident during breakfast where the handle on the waffle batter broke off and it leaked all over. She kept blaming a groupd of very young elementary hockey players that they broke it one purpose. It actually has a grown man and it was an accident. I wouldn't stay here.. we had to stay here because of a youth hockey tournament and didn't have a choice. The hotel is outdated. The rooms don't smell great. Housekeeping didn't stop by once while we were there for the entire weekend. My key never worked, so I had to go back downstairs to get a new key and/or have them reset my door so I could actually get into my room at least 15 times.
