***DON'T STAY HERE*** Do yourself a favor and NEVER STAY HERE. The amenities advertised don't work or are broke. Internet not working on the TVs so you cannot watch the YouTube or Netflix on the TV. Very noisy from the traffic and people all night long slamming doors and partying in the hallways. I complained about the pool and hot tub being ice cold, they said they had never heard that before but when I checked reviews people have been complaining about it for 3 weeks. Hotel was ok, wasn’t expecting too much from a Fairfield. The room was ok. Bed is comfortable. Tv was basic couldn’t access Netflix/youtube because the internet was down. Shower a lil slippery. Breakfast…Mediocre. I had a situation with the transgender manger “Annie/Arnold” or whatever its name is. Was very rude, when I approached him on a matter. 1. Immediately upon going into room, found dentures in the kitchen from previous tenant... yuck. I did the right thing and returned to front desk. 2. When I returned previous tenants dentures, front desk lady rolled her eyes and said "fine, you want a new room or not?" ... no apologies, no care. 3. Pool area was like a sauna, but pool was very warm and hot tub was ice cold. 4. When I left my room, it was set to 71 degrees. When I returned, the thermostat set itself to 73 degrees.
