Tonya and Lexi holy crap above and beyond last minute I needed an extra day Bam took care of it Wanted to move to my room early Bam took care of that Woke up breakfast was always good and ready always super friendly and interactive staff 20 outta 10 5 isn’t enough tbh Any issue I had they took care of it quickly and efficiently Special shout out to Jemal for fixing my tv I was solo traveling and I felt super safe here The staff has a locked door at night and security
Location was prime it's why we chose it, however when we made reservations we asked about Frances in cleaners and air "fresheners". We were assured they use neither. Double checked this day of reservation, same assurance. Walked in the place and began choking immediately. Attendants had no idea what was being used. We went to the room which was worse than the lobby. Airways were closing within a minute. Checked out after two minutes and had to drive an hour and a half home at midnite after our event. Would have been a nice stay if the clerk that checked me in had not of charged the whole stay to my debit card after telling me the only charge would be the deposit. They neglected to inform me that the room had not been paid for yet by my company. I had them move the transaction to a company card to reverse the charge on my account but they couldnt give me an answer on how long it would take. I spent my whole stay asking family for money so that I could eat while I was out of town. They made no effort to rectify the situati... read more
Service was good, however rooms are not updated. Although the lobby looks nice, clean and updated, interior looks dated and upkeep is needed.
