Much larger rooms than the previous city. Less cost as well. I’ll take it.
Customer service lack luster, room cleanliness was questionable since there was still toothpaste on the faucet. They don’t acknowledge their elite members like every other location does. A lot of room for improvement.
Marriot is really bad about digital check in. I'm done using them. They wait till I'm on site at 1 in the morning to tell me they won't use the company card I have for digital check ins. I don't need to explain the laundry list of inconveniences this can cause. Why they won't just disable the digital check in feature at the 90% of their hotels that choose not to honor it is beyond me, but it's safe to say they won't be making that feature make sense anytime soon so I'm going with Hilton who pretty much always completes my di... read more
I enjoyed my stay; my room was larger than at other Marriott hotels.
Rooms were clean, check-in process was quick and easy, and multiple restaurant options nearby.
