I had a phenomenal experience. Tonya was extremely kind and very helpful with the food. When I arrived to checked in and left to check out, both representatives were extremely polite.
Thank you so much for the amazing stay! Our kids loved the pool and the continental breakfast. They really loved the waffles and the touch-less pancake machine!! Thank you Tanya for making the breakfast and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.
The service from both the kitchen staff and the front desk was terrible. We stayed there for several days for work, and from the very first day the cook had a very unfriendly attitude. She even asked how long we would be staying. When I politely asked a question about something in the kitchen, she did not let me finish and simply replied, “No, no, no,” while giving me a rude look.
