Room: The room was fresh and exceeded my expectations. I've included a panoramic photo to give you the best possible view. When I say fresh, I mean it smelled like warm, crisp sheets, fresh out of the dryer—that Downy Bounce freshness you see in the commercials. Everything was perfectly in place. Great location for exploring the region. The breakfast was really good. Rooms are nice enough, but there was some mystery dried goo on the curtains. The AC unit I'm my room was also pretty noisy, but otherwise a decent hotel.
I’ve stayed at over 100 different Marriott hotels over the last couple of years (I travel a lot for work) and I’ve never had an issue with a Marriott employee until yesterday. I got into the hotel around 11:30 pm to check in and I was exhausted. I get an employee discount for working in a Marriott hotel and therefore need to provide a form for my discount, which I’ve also done 100s of times. Nobody in this place can help you connect to the internet. They have a BS story that their safety protocols are very secure. They gave me a support number and I spent 15 minutes on the phone with support dude and because my laptop runs on chrome they could not help me. So not only did I miss a very important zoom business meeting but I have to leave my hotel room and go to Starbucks to get any work done this morning.
Had a great one night stay at this hotel! They upgraded our room for free because they had the availability, and the breakfast was excellent
