I’m not sure why reviews are so favorable. In our room, the bathroom sink isn’t drain properly and the tv remote barely worked at all. The elevator is scary. On one attempt to use it, the door wouldn’t close. When it would work, it jerked and landed with such a jolt; really didn’t trust it so did 4 flights of stairs often. Breakfast is typical; nothing special. And while this is not the hotel’s fault, I must add the nightly music from the bar/grill next door was so loud we heard it over the tv. Beds are comfortable however the construction here is terrible

It was clean, service was kind and friendly, I stayed for 8 days while my mom was in the hospital. The only reason I marked the rooms as a 4 instead of a 5 was my bed was very hard and lumpy. I am not used to this when staying at the Marriott hotels. That's one of the reasons I choose Marriott is comfy beds.

I'm traveling for work, picked the wrong hotel and got the worst room. Its located next to a bar that has very loud live music until 12am. I didn't know this when I booked it. I will never again stay at this hotel.
