My complaint is with the lady at the front desk on 8/8 around 5:30 i feel like she scammed me my reservation told me the total charge would be 172.48 but when I got there she took my card turned the machine around to face her and ran it before I approved it which I wouldn't care but she charged me an extra 50 dollars and when I asked her about it she said it was a deposit which would be returned to me and I have yet to receive that return so now I have to dispute the charge
Overall a good hotel to stay! Camille in the front desk was awesome and extremely nice and helpful! Also gave great food recommendations in the area !
