the front desk worker . Veronica was very rude and disrespectful, she argued with my kids ! she argued with me me and my 3 kids sat outside by the pool area we didn’t get in the pool taqeina told us the pool was going to close at 10 and she told us we can sit os but not get in the pool. veronica she argued with her and the 2 other guest that is not professional!.

One employee is Veronica she is a rude employee she talks nasty and has a horrible potty mouth my room and stay was great but when it came to the front desk I didn’t even wanna go around there cause I knew she would talk rude to me

I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Inn in El Dorado many times and have always had a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-run. Markesha at the front desk is especially friendly, helpful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone in El Dorado for business or otherwise!
