FINALLY! A Marriott hotel with great coffee. Fairfields always have complimentary breakfast and coffee and the coffee is often watery. But today at this property in Dickson TN they had one hand-labeled “Dark” and it was right on the money! An excellent brew for Halloween! (today is Oct 31). And the kitchen staffer was dressed like Snow White, haha. Anyways, good job on the coffee y’all.
Nice, quite hotel with friendly staff, but I did have a few issues. The trash had not been taken out in the room from the last stay and there was old food in there. The new AC units will not allow you to have constant fan on, which really messed with my sleep. I also found an old tennis ball by the AC unit that was a pet toy. Not a bad stay, but if this keeps happening, I may look at other locations.
Rooms showed wear and tear.Upon arrival we had to request another room due to the condition of the furniture. The second room was low on toilet tissue and we had to go to the front desk to get a spare roll.Not up to alleged Marriott standards.
Dana got us in last minute due to us getting to TN late. Wonderful service and wonderful place to stay overnight. Great bathroom too!!!
