We spoke with Phillip during the evening and booked a room for the night most helpful gentleman during a long day of traveling we have dealt with. Kindness goes a long way and he was pleasantly kind. Coffee bar is open 24 hours which was very helpful for an early morning start to get back on the road. The small gesture of cookies at the front desk for guest was the highlight of my son's day. I just checked into this facility. I am aware of the brand standard because I am the Operations Manager for a Fairfield in Ohio. I am aware of the check in procedure and the promise to make it right which includes asking the guest what can be done to make it right. We checked in with Danah Swan and she is very unaccommodating. We got to our room and the bolt lock on the door does not work, I asked her if she could transfer us to a room on a higher floor room and she immediately said no, she even debated back and forth that t... read more
