Passables Hotel. Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind jedoch stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das erste Zimmer roch fürchterlich nach Zigarettenrauch, muffig und das Bad war nicht sauber. Wir meldeten dies am Empfang und bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Auch hier der muffige Geruch des Teppichs und die Bedienung der Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und der Kühlschrank war komplett vereist. Insgesamt also ok, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig!

Well to say we are disappointed is definitely a nice way to say it. I will let the pictures tell more. 2 rooms 3 nights, on night one found out the hot tub has been broken and not heating for a while, no mention of that when booked we did ask if everything was up and working. Rooms were not too clean. Waking up and having ants all over was not okay. So then they tried to switch our room and the new room was still dirty food towels trash unmade beds ect... Dirty rooms and poor customer service. Avoid this rundown property. Worn out shower curtain in the bathroom and dirty carpet in the hallways. The manager feels like he is doing guests a favor to speak with them. Clearly the leadership and owners of this property have no intention of improving. Many other hotels in the area with better service and cleaner rooms. The off topic response from the manager highlights how poorly this property is run. If you enjoy towels with holes in them and dirty sheets this is the hotel for you.
