I was staying here for a concert in Ann Arbor and had a really good rate that I had booked through Marriot. Once I arrived, I was told my reservation was canceled because my card was declined 13 days prior and I was notified via email. There is zero chance my CC was declined, and I certainly never received an email. I was told the only thing they can do is provide a room at today’s rate- $300 more than what I had it booked for. Here now at 8:30am on a Tuesday. There is no manager on duty. There is nothing I, as a lactose intolerant Celiac can eat. No peanut butter even for the gluten free bread I bring myself. No hard boiled eggs, no gluten free cereal cereal, nothing. The worst I have ever seen

Enjoyed my 2 night stay. Very clean, comfortable bed and thee best pillows. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Loved the huge shower. The next time I come to Michigan I will definitely come here again.

Well, it took them 45 minutes to assign me a room. I booked my reservation through Marriott app and they said that they cannot find my reservation the attendant was not even accomodatung. He was telling to me to go town suites for the room. As per him system was down and he could not give me any room even though I was sbowing him the booking and even told him that I am platinum elite. He seemed un-interested to be honest.
