Room was nice and big, easily fit our family of six. Bit of a musty smell, but pretty clean. Did request extra pillows and blankets that we never received. Overall it was a pretty good stay, though service could have been better.

I have stayed at this hotel every other week for the past year, but I will no longer stay there, and I will tell the entire world about the absolute HORRIBLE customer service I have received from the manager. I booked this hotel for 3 days and then canceled, but re-booked 1 day later for 5 days! Lo and behold, I found on my CC receipts, that they charged me $447.00 as a cancellation fee!! Dump!! Staying three nights in this hotel, I get up to my room. The TV doesn’t work at all, the iron won’t get hot, the box of Kleenex is empty, there’s a shelf that won’t close in between the two beds. So they cant fix that so they moved me to another room. The other room has a TV with a blue screen, doesn’t have any hangers to hang up pants, is missing a hook, spider in the sink, stained sheets, and now the front desk won’t answer the phone as well.
