Make sure to review your invoice! - I stayed here recently and they charged me each day for the faster tier Internet. I specifically clicked on the free tier and I remember it being remarkably slow, so it definitely wasn't the premium tier. It was just my cell phone and a tablet. I called in to have it corrected, was told they would fix it and call me back. They never did, so I called in again. As a 20 year Marriott Bonvoy member, I am absolutely appalled by the low quality of professional customer service at this location. I tried to complete my check-in this morning, like usual, and my reservation was removed from my account. I found the problem and the hotel property charged my card without properly notifying me of the transaction. Leaving a review to counter the negative ones. I needed a new place to stay overnight before flying home due to my other arrangements not working out. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. No problem checking in an hour early. Room is clean and updated. Food and gas options around. Happy to have a comfortable bed for the night.

Good hotel but from a service perspective they don’t offer complimentary upgrades even for mariott gold members. Which is the first time I’ve ever experienced this from mariott hotels. Hotel was actually quite empty so very surprised about this and disappointed in Mariott that they offer service of complimentary updates if rooms are available. She said rooms are available but they aren’t doing complimentary upgrades.

Our son paid for a block of rooms. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk said he would have to come to the hotel with his credit card for incidental expenses. She was rude about it. We sat and waited for 45 minutes until we could get him to call. He called and instead of checking us in, she goes into the room behind the glass wall. I could see her outline, she was drinking something. Eventually, I went to the front desk and called her; only then did she come back to the desk to register us for our room.
