Had a reservation booked 3 weeks ago and it just got canceled today now that I’ve arrived in Michigan. I called the front desk and the lady had absolutely 0 customer service. She did not even care to try to find a solution for me. Her only solution was for me to pay today’s pricing which is 3x the price. Now i am without a hotel for my trip here and am extremely disappointed, especially as a 10+ year customer of Mariott

This location was convenient and about 15 to 35 min away from just about everywhere you would like or need to go. Not only were the rooms cleaned with precision and attention to details, but also were spacious. The absolute best part I have to say was the staff, more specifically Sharon. Not only was she kind, knowledgeable and genuine. She was not after a quick sale. She took time to engage me in my needs but made sure to go out of her way to make it happen! Should have read the reviews before I stayed. When I first arrived, there was no one at the front desk, waited 5-10 minutes before someone arrived, who didn't seem to pleased... not even a smile during the interaction. My biggest gripe is the fact that the rooms were not properly cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There was hair of a different color and length than mine. For anyone considering this hotel, consider the most recent reviews and hotel response. When we checked out the guy who checked us out was very nice.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and no one cleaned my room!! Don’t recommend it!!
