We were in town for a concert at the Ball Arena, super close for walking down to the concert. The rooms were very clean, the first room we were in the bed was almost worn out at the hips and shoulder, and that made the first night long and uncomfortable. Fortunately the next morning after speaking with the front desk about the issue they were able to move us to a new room, where the bed was so much better. The parking felt like it was secure, and we had no issues with finding a space in the garage area. Really great location... read more

Location not downtown but with easy access (10 min by car) to Downtown. Rooms are well equipped but feel restrictive due to small windows. No room service provided.

I booked a few VIP's at this hotel for a large event I hosted this summer in Denver. I chose this hotel because of the location and initially had a great experience with Orlando who was in charge of booking and hosting my guests. However things went south when my guests checked in and the staff did not use discretion when discussing my organizations finances at the start of their stay. I really wanted to give this hotel five stars. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Even though the bathroom smelled (I think it was the shower drain, it just had a foul odor the whole time) and the TV in our room didn’t work, I still would have overlooked those things because we enjoyed our stay so much. The reason I gave this hotel three stars is because of the difficult front desk staff.
