Barbara at the front desk is amazing! So sweet and genuine! She even gave me a tour of the amenities after checking me in. This property is so clean and nice! 10 out of 10!
I rarely leave reviews, but I was really disappointed by my experience at this location. The property is brand new and looks it, so credit where it is due, but beyond that my stay was frustrating. I had requested an early check-in and arrived right on the dot. While I understand early check-in cannot always be accommodated, the front desk attendant didn’t even ask my name, offer to store my luggage, or provide any help at all really.
