Very weird experience with the front desk. Our company had relocated us to this hotel for an undisclosed reason and was faced with attitude when checking in. I have absolutely no idea what that was about. Part of the experience of staying at a hotel is the service and starting off with the front desk . Rooms very neat and nice but service was unorganized and annoying .

I originally gave this place a bad review, because I was in a handicap room which was nice to some extent, but I'm a tall person and the beds are very low to the ground for people in wheelchairs. So needless to say that didn't work for me. I went to the front desk and they switched me out with a room that the bed was much nicer and a lot more comfortable! The staff here is wonderful!!

Stayed for one night and found dog hair all over the carpet due to poor housekeeping. Additionally, the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay. While the bathroom itself was clean, the shower curtain was too short, causing a large puddle on the floor and I didn't get floor mats or towels. Thought they served warm breakfast and staff were polite.
