I usually have lower expectations for a chain hotel in a suburb but wow, the service was exceptional at this location, it was quiet, my room was nice and very clean, the halls and common areas were all clean and quiet. I heard from a colleague in another city that this is their preferred location to stay in McKinney and that the lovely front desk team is ALWAYS this good, remembers her name, and is friendly. Truly, when I return with colleagues I will stay at this hotel for sure.
Decent place. Its a 3 star hotel, so dont expect the Ritz. Its around a lot of food options. Pool could use a cleaning. No hot tub.
