We were staying the night here after a long day of travel. The reception was welcoming and conversational. This hotel was very clean and we kept. The rooms was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We checked for bed bugs and found NONE!!! way to go. I will keep this on my radar for my next travel near Dallas.
We stayed here for the Troubadour Festival this past weekend. The staff were incredible. Texas sells a specific size and cut of meat that we can’t get in Indiana. We called the hotel and asked if they would freeze 12 cuts for us to be able to fly home with. They actually did it. We couldn’t believe it. Faith took care of everything. Excellent rooms and staff
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay. My room had an ant infestation, and the hotel told me there were no other rooms available. They sent someone up to spray, but the problem was still not resolved, and the room remained completely unsanitary especially unsafe since I had my 1-year-old with me. When I reported the issue, I was first offered 5,000 points, which I didn’t accept because I didn’t pay with points.
