Fairfield Inn McKinney is bomb. This is the cleanest hotel with the best service I've stayed in anywhere. Everybody here goes above and beyond, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, the management, and the breakfast servers. It's also equally great for families and solo travelers. I've stayed here three times so far, the last for a few weeks, and this hotel will always be my first choice when I'm in the Dallas area.

It was non-stop rudeness and incompetence from the front desk staff. Their systems were down and couldn’t issue keys, I called and put my wife on the room and a late checkout both of which were changed when we arrived. And when I pointed it out they just shrugged and basically dared me to complain. Sarcasm and basically an air of IDGAF.
