The room is very nice I highly recommend this hotel. Shontell at front desk is very helpful. It was me and mom first time to Dallas Texas
Absolutely unbelievable experience with the assistant manager. I have never been treated with this level of disrespect in any hotel. I was waiting to be helped, and instead of acknowledging me, he blatantly let another guest walk right in front of me and took him first. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. This hotel was beautiful! I loved the furnishings. Had a microwave and fridge. Staff was friendly. Free hot breakfast. Room was clean. Would stay there again.
