Our flight was cancelled and American Airlines directed us to book with this hotel using a QR code. The website automatically prefilled a reservation date which was incorrect and there was no way for me to change the mistake after the booking was made. Since we didn't have an American phone activated, we couldn't call to fix the issue. I was able to cancel the reservation online. Here’s a polished review you can post: I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE. If it gets broken into they DO NOT CONTACT YOU even with 2 emergency contacts on file. They also do not notice it until a day+ later. They also make clear that there is a police offer who patrols twice a day and full security camera around the entire parking lot, but when it comes down to it they don’t notice until a day+ later… They also do not help the police with security footage nor give you the managers contact.
