Front Desk rep Charles was great. Everyone greets you as you come and go. Charles started off with a joke which made my sour mood improve. I stayed for 3 nights no complaints. When I’m in the DFW metro plex all be staying here.
Very nice place. Charles was very nice and helpful when checking in, and Isaac was a very good driver with great conversation when picking my wife up from the airport.
The shuttle driver Kevin was so incredibly friendly and helpful! He remembered us and made us feel so welcome every time we got in the shuttle! Truly appreciate his service!
Overall the hotel is clean but the operations manager or assistant manager suffers from delusions of grandeur and is confused. You should never have to check-in to a hotel and experience what I had to experience with Damion.
