Basic breakfast. Scrambled eggs only (lil watery), single meat, changes by day. Solid oatmeal toppings. Standard coffee/ tea station. Hotel very clean. Gym too. Beds comfy, walls appropriate dampening. A/ C kept cold. Front desk & housekeeping very responsive. Will return if in the area again.
Pues este hotel lo hemos reservado ya desde el año pasado. Por que cada año voy para Dallas Texas. Y todo bien muy amables y todo pero esta vez fuimos 2 días y no pues no muchachas que estaban enfrente No no amargadas feas de modo aparte me dieron el cuarto más feo. Bueno al otro día pedimos otro cuarto eh igual. Me dieron el más feo olía mal pésimo servicio. Ósea como van aser eso. Si no sabes el motivo de la visita. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL I WAS PUT OUT DUE TO SOMEONE COMING TO YELL IN MESS WITH ME I ASKED FOR REFUND BECAUSE THE POLICE WAS CALLED AND I HAD CHECKOUT EARLY FOR NO REASON SHE REFUSED TO DO SO AND ALSO FOUND A BUG IN THE RESTROOM THE HOTEL WAS RAGGEDY HOLES WAS IN THE DOOR WALL IN ALL I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOONE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FAST!!!!!!!!! Silver member - One star for poor housekeeping, ZERO stars for customer service. After checking in the hotel around 730 we informed the lady at the front desk who had on a name tag “Kiara”, she stated that was not her name that it was Jennifer (then why would you have on someone else’s name tag?) she was white or Hispanic possibly and wore glasses.
