They have had issues since getting hit by lightning, but the young female manager is great. The question is never if you have issue but how you handle the issues. They make customer service priority number 1.
The night manager was awesome. That guy deserves a raise. He came to our room and worked for 30 minutes to get our television working properly, and he was still working the front desk at 11 a.m. today.
The Fairfield Inns and Suites in Cullman is a great hotel. The hotel has been open for about a year and still seems new. The staff were all really nice and accommodating. The hotel has large rooms, and the hallways are larger than most hotels. The breakfast area was large with a great selection.
Very clean and great breakfast.
