The hotel is in great condition. The rooms and common areas are all nice. Breakfast included. The staff was always polite. Great location. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

...the ac was broken so we asked about it and they said someone will look at it 4 hours later no fix we ask for a new room the ac was broken there too and she gave us the key to every room and they were all broke, we got a refund (my mom says we should get more but I think it's fine) and go to the hotel next store

We stayed three nights and had a good experience. The bed was comfy, room was clean and cold. Staff was nice when we did have interactions with them. Breakfast was ok nothing special but my son enjoyed it. Check in and check out process was quick and convenient. Overall not the most exciting hotel I've stayed in but it did its job and we had no issues.

The room itself at Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus was great. However, my stay was ruined by an outrageous and unfair charge. I was assessed a $150 smoking fee for smoking in my personal vehicle parked behind the hotel. To be clear, I did not smoke inside my room. This charge for smoking in my own car is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Our company will be taking our business elsewhere and will no longer make reservations at this specific Fairfield Inn & Suites location.
