Booked my room 6 weeks ago through Expedia for work and I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member. Arrive after a 15 hour travel and work day at 90m this evening only to be told the hotel overbooked, gave out my already reserved room and that I was being sent to a freaking LA Quinta that literally had visible stains on the furniture.
