Newer property, on par with other Fairfield Inns. Location can be a hassle due to the congestion, as it's deep inside the shopping zone - but the flip side of that - restaurants are right there (Texas Roadhouse I walked to). Noise insulation isn't at the level of the higher Marriott grades, but neither is the price. Like most - I booked 3rd party - but if you load your loyalty at the front desk, wifi works easier. However, my wifi was substantially faster (see pics).
