Location closed without any notice and my reservation was canceled without any notification. No email, nothing. Just found it was missing from my upcoming stays.

We drove 2 hours from St Louis to find this property closed on Feb 24. Apparently our reservations had been cancelled with no notice. Luckily, we found rooms 30 miles away at a non Marriott property (apparently there were multiple events in town that evening). Very frustrating, Fairfield/Marriott - wished y'all had rebooked us locally when you had to unexpectedly close the Fairfield.

This hotel was closed by order of the health department. They took my booking and lied about transferring the booking to another hotel. Glad I did not have to stay at a hotel that had so many violations that it was closed but would have liked some honesty in my dealings.

Great value, the front desk staff, Jeri and George, were absolutely phenomenal, very professional, very helpful, very upbeat and displayed a very caring attitude, ensuring everything was taken care of, they definitely need to be recognized as they are the best, the hotel is going to do a update but the rooms were very clean, just dated a bit, will definitely stay again if in the area,
