April 2026, Hotel canceled reservation 24hr in advance with no notification. Was coming in for a wedding and checked the day before to find no reservation. No answer at hotel when trying to call. Found out it was closed for renovations and never reached out. Used to stay there multiple times a year. Terrible management! Oct 2026, again have reservations two weekends in a row and finding out they are still closed and won't be open to honor reservations. I made reservations at this place for a busy Mizzou weekend a couple of months in advance. I went to look up the details in the Marriott app and the reservation was gone! Cancelled without any notice. Looking here it seems like the whole place is shut down. Marriott customer service says they can't do anything to help and now we are stuck at a place 20 miles away.

Location closed without any notice and my reservation was canceled without any notification. No email, nothing. Just found it was missing from my upcoming stays.

We drove 2 hours from St Louis to find this property closed on Feb 24. Apparently our reservations had been cancelled with no notice. Luckily, we found rooms 30 miles away at a non Marriott property (apparently there were multiple events in town that evening). Very frustrating, Fairfield/Marriott - wished y'all had rebooked us locally when you had to unexpectedly close the Fairfield.

This hotel was closed by order of the health department. They took my booking and lied about transferring the booking to another hotel. Glad I did not have to stay at a hotel that had so many violations that it was closed but would have liked some honesty in my dealings.
