Why is the phone never answered? I stayed at this property twice in the past 2 weeks, and am trying to locate a lost item. I have called the listed number numerous times in the past 7 days and it rings but never answered. I have tried dealing with Marriott corporate, they also agreed they could not reach this hotel. I would hate to have to drive 3 hours back to the hotel instead of being helped over the phone. My stay at the hotel was fine, my only dissatisfaction is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!
We stopped here on a road trip and had a wonderful stay. Check in and check out was so easy and service was incredibly friendly from start to finish. There are some renovations happening but it didn’t bother us and did not impact our stay at all, plus the GM was very considerate and gave all the guests goodie bags with treats, sleeping masks, and ear plugs in case of any noise. Great experience. Overall above expectations. Management asked me for feedback as I left, which boosts my score for them.I'll break it down. Location: A bit off the path. Still withi. A minute of the interstate and around lots of food options, as well as a QT. It's not very visible from the road and sits behind a forested ditch with lots of foliage. Not sure why so many bad reviews, I travel a lot and this hotel was perfectly fine, especially for the cost . It was clean, the lobby area was nice and the free breakfast was better than most . The staff was also super friendly. So whatever the new management is doing , keep it up !
Very nice place. The location is Quiet,clean and easy accessible from the interstate. The guy at the desk was very helpful.
