Five stars for Karen and her team at the Fairfield Inn in Clear Lake! We are so thankful to have gotten a clean room and comfy accommodations during a recent blizzard when we were forced to pull over. The staff is friendly, highly competent and went the extra mile to help us throughout our stay. Couple that with a workout room, pool, breakfast and great restaurant next door, and this location is a winner!

Clean comfortable , friendly staff.
Clean rooms a bed and breakfast. However the thermostat did NOT control the temp even though the sign on the window unit said to use thermostat. It was hot and uncomfortable until we adjusted it. Turning the thermostat on and off did nothing to the window unit, that’s how we knew. Floor of the shower was stained and looked dirty. Breakfast was minimal, but how much can I complain when it’s included lol Requested pillows using mobile app and never got them, also never received my mobile key.
