The location was pretty good. Stayed here for a week. About 10 mins from most things- including the hospital. Front desk told me that my tv was broken and since the hotel was full, they couldn’t do anything about it. Housekeeping only replenished towels. Breakfast was okay. Rooms seemed damp, and Dewey.
No tv service no clock or radio. Rest of hotel was great.
Do not stay at this hotel! We were given a room that had a non-working television, we called the front desk and was told it's been an issue. So, they knowingly gave us this room with a broken tv. Staff was rude, said there were no other available rooms. Very disappointing!
Do not stay here!!!!!! Staff is terrible Manager is awful Rooms you won't get what you are supposed to- amenities don't work and you get a lousy discount.
