First time in Cincinnati and this hotel checked all the boxes! Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was typical hot free food but it was good! Pool area was clean and stocked with fresh towels, and the rooms were nice and clean! There is construction going on all around the hotel so be mindful when choosing where to sleep! Stayed with my family. My 5 year old daughter was wearing a Disney princess dress one morning and many of the employees treated her like she was a princess. She was so happy from the royal treatment. The location is a very walkable neighborhood by the university. Lots of food options within just a few minutes. The busy neighborhood does make for some noise in the rooms, which didn’t bother me but I could see some guests being upset by it.
Parking is scarce. There are parking garages, but nothing on-site and can become costly. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but can become a little over crowded. Roads are one-way on either side and are busy. They are also doing construction all around, so it is noisy and adds extra stress.
Close to UC, quiet and comfort
I need to give a shout out to the front desk clerk, Brian. He went above and beyond the call of duty tonight. My daughter is 31 weeks pregnant. Our friends drove her from Nashville, TN to your hotel today because her husband and 10 month old son were riding a medical transport plane from Vanderbilt Children’s to Cincinnati Children’s.
