While I typically find Mariott to be consistently good overall this one was a little disappointing. Service was wonderful. The beds were very uncomfortable, the towels had a heavy ivory odor, and the lights bedside didn't work.
Don’t prepay for rooms, it won’t be available and they will upgrade the person next to you in line and then tell you your suite which is prepaid isn’t available. It’s not their fault it’s the perfect storm, I would stay at the Hilton across the way
This property is top notch. The location is excellent. Right off the highway and surrounded by restaurants, bars, etc. The Staff at the Front Desk were all friendly and efficient. The Breakfast Attendant was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. Lots of TV channels and streaming channels. It was a great stay. Thanks!
When our Cameroonian community comes to any city for our National Veterans Tournament (NVT), the city benefits immensely. Hotels are fully booked, rental car agencies are sold out, and liquor stores are profitable. This hotel did not give us the possibility of enjoying our stay. They complained of noise, turned out the lights in the reception area and conference room, and even asked us to go eat in our rooms or outside. Even the outside area was shut down from 11pm.
