After a long 12-hour drive, we arrived at the Fairfield Marriott and were greeted by Sean at the front desk. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was underwhelming. He provided only the basic information and sent us on our way, and came across as not very friendly, which wasn’t the warm welcome we were hoping for after such a long day. The shower knob did not work properly. It just spun 360 degrees. Also, the wallpaper was peeling in spots in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was clean, but spartan in furnishings. Breakfast offerings were meager.
Ive stayed here a couple of times work. Everything is always nice.
My daughter and I stayed here during/after her spinal fusion surgery. Not only did they ask me why I was there, the front desk staff remembered and asked me how she was doing each day. The room was lovely, spacious, and always cleaned well by the custodial staff. I would stay here again very quickly. Very close to a lot of delicious restaurants as well. Thank you for making what was a very stressful event in our lives a little easier. I appreciate you so much.
