It is what you would.expect from a Fairfield. The bathroom is large but they managed to fit a toilet that is not chair height and is not elongated. Sound petty? I am 6 foot and well under 200 pounds. This was laughable, would be perfect for a child. Towels are not on par. Beds are standard nothing special about sheets or mattress. Again, it is just a Fairfield. The elevator was suspect at best. Needs maintenance.

Left my wallet in the hotel room got an hour out driving back to Orlando and realized I left it called the hotel and they have been trying to call me. Unfortunately it was coming up as spam likely so I wasn’t picking up calls and they said that we have it at the front desk, everything was in my wallet. This is a really good Honest hotel. This is why I only book at Marriott hotels . Clean Safe and a really nice hotel . stay here you won’t be disappointed .

My mother and I were traveling from upstate NY to Greenville SC for a quick trip. This hotel as a Fairfield definitely exceeded my expectations. Fairfield doesn't get enough credit. April and the others were very knowledgeable with the area and treated us with respect and was a pleasure to encounter during our stay. The food was hot. Not like cafeteria food. For the money this hotel was good. The breakfast was the high point. Friendly staff and clean. A couple of suggestions- gym could use a spin bike in place of the broken treadmill, curtains need something underneath them to block light, they are too high off the floor, room could use at least one place to charge with USB and micro USB cables. No hot water when I checked in. I could have gone to another hotel and have my cancelation fee waived, but I decided to stay. The hot water was described to me as being "lukewarm" and it was cold. The water heater was going under repair the following morning so ALL water was cut off at 9am. I was not informed of this until AFTER I had used the toilet, could not flush it, and called the front desk to find out why there was no hot water.
