Clean quiet hotel, easy one and off from highway.
Incredibly rude staff. Our room had not been cleaned despite not having a note or message saying to skip the cleaning. I asked the front desk, who said “What do you want me to do about it?”. Not sorry, nothing. I asked for some fresh towels since ours had been on the floor all day and the front desk worker sighed and literally huffed as though it was an inconvenience for him to get us fresh towels. Another good stay at a Fairfield by Marriott, bed was very cozy! Will stay again!
Unimpressed to say the least. Plenty of better options in Blacksburg area… the Residence Inn as an immediate example. Just plain bad customer service.
