We booked this hotel after reading the decent reviews and we're excited to rest after a full day of driving. Upon arrival, we received our room and discovered ants all over the desk area and AC unit. I requested to move and we luckily were able to move to a new room in a different floor. I believe the night employees name was Chris and he was apologetic which we appreciated. Sam was great helping me with my room request. I would highly recommend this hotel and appreciate Sam’s excellent customer service and going over and beyond to help me.
First room assigned had ants so called desk and was immediately moved to room without ants. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was a little noisy but rested comfortably.
