The TVs did not work throughout the hotel because they use Dish satellite. The pool is not heated, and they did not clean the bathroom in our room. Hair on the floor and washcloths hanging over the shower rod from the previous guest. The front desk could care less, and management's response was lacking.
I booked a weekend stay for 2 guests. My parents ended up being the ones to make the trip so I made sure to have my dad's name added via the app since it was his card on the reservation. An employee even said all he needed was his ID and the card. They get there to check in and the lady says not only is his name not on the room but he can't check in. I even called the hotel line myself to just verify the account information because they have asked me to do that before. She refused everything at 9pm and says I can just cancel... read more
The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. The parking was awful. The parking lot stays packed
Absolutely terrible hotel, terrible service. Terrible people, they're not accommodating at all. They are horrible, horrible people
