Our stay was brutal, overall, but the customer service managed to be worse. Our stay was back in mid-December but I held off on leaving a review to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what management had to say…but no one ever got back to me so here you go. Had an unfortunate stay here a couple months ago. The hotel is clean and new but a MASSIVE target for burglary. Myself and 3 others had their cars broken into. Front desk was nice, filled out some paperwork from their ownership and never heard from them again. Didn’t even comp me for the stay after getting the window smashed on my 1 WEEK old vehicle.
