Stayed at this location to avoid driving the turnpike at night. Check in was easy, and staff was nice. The room was clean, but the shower was gross. For $165 a night, the shower could've been cleaned, or even better a redesign for the shower to make it easier to keep clean. This is a hotel, you want to use clean amenities.
Lisa at the front desk was so professional and personable. We had an issue with a room and she immediately was on the case. She moved us to a room next door and even gave our kids some snacks for the inconvenience. She is great!!!

Great Location, Clean, and Friendly Staff—Watch out for the Parking Lot! This Fairfield Inn & Suites is a solid choice. It's a great, convenient location for a stop in Charleston. The hotel is overall well updated and everything seemed quite clean. The best part was the service. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the woman running it was excellent—she was constantly busy helping guests and keeping all the food items stocked.
