We were traveling and hit bad weather had to stop. Made the reservation online and checked in with no trouble. The mattresses are on platforms. They were VERY uncomfortable. A week later found they double charged my card. After speaking with the manager Jauque twice he assured me my card was not used . I explained there were 2 different charges for 2 different amounts .Jacque had no idea how to resolve the issue.This location needs to be audited.
