Sent the following email to the GM following our stay. Also had to call several days later as we were actually charged for 2 nights instead of 1. Do not book here. First, I want to emphasize that your staff was very helpful and did what they could to address our concerns. Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff was completely incompetent, and the customer service was unacceptable. We tried to stay here a few nights ago with our two young children. We stopped in the middle of the night hoping to get a few hours of sleep before continuing our drive to our destination. There was already a customer at the front desk trying to get a room, but the front desk employee was having difficulty assisting him. We waited over 20 minutes before it was finally our turn.
