Beware of staying at this hotel; the service is terrible. They kick you out of your room promising a refund, but they don't give it back and keep your money. At reception, Shannon treats customers rudely and disrespectfully, and the general manager, Betsy Rosa, uses excuses and lies to avoid refunding your money. I strongly advise against ever visiting a place like this.

The free breakfast is simple but marvelous. Genuinely surprised to see Chobani Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt available with a bunch of mixings like walnuts, pumpkin seeds, craisins, etc. Good, healthy stuff along with your favorites like bacon and waffles. There's some kind of warm jalapeno souffle that is killer, too. Happy belly :)

I booked the reservation with Betsy one of the manager's and She was very helpful. The Hotel was very clean. My only complaints. Are minuscule, but noteworthy. There was no soap provided at the bathroom sink. I had to go into the shower every time to get a pump of the liquid soap and we wash our hands quite a bit so that was a bit inconvenient. The reviews seemed too good to be true... and it turned out to be the case. When I showed up there was nobody behind the front desk... I had to wait 10 minutes until FINALLY somebody checked me in. And that was only the beginning! When I got to my room, I tried to open the door but I couldn't even open it because it was locked from the inside!! They're were people already in the room?! They obviously have management issues... And BIG ones
