Comfortable clean room, with good housekeeping. Front desk service could be better. Slow closing toilet lids would be a huge improvement because they drop with a bang!
Nice hotel, great location, good front desk. Where it goes downhill is the service and people responsible for the breakfast area. Very little monitoring when things run out, no supervision at all, yet when you walk by the kitchen they are either on their phones or laughing up a storm.
The place was great! Great rooms and everything was literally in walking distance… from malls, to coffee shops, Trader Joe’s and some food places like Bamboo.
Worst WiFi I’ve ever experienced.
