I stayed in this hotel from 08-13 to 08-18-2025. Terrible experience: 1. I was charged twice on my credit card midnight for nothing and I was not notified for the charge at all. 2. The valet service could be late for 20 minutes and made us missing our appointment! 3. I am from Edmonton. But on the receipt my address is Bellevue WA, USA! 4. The deposit the charged me was $200. Worst service ever. One elevator broken and the one that works is very slow, you have to allow 15 minutes for the elevator if you’re on the higher floors. The air condition unit is so loud and sounds like a siren when it starts making it very difficult to stay asleep. I booked suite for three and they only give condiments for one person even after I called and texted the front desk.They just kept apologizing but don’t seem to care. I recently stayed (Aug, 2025) at Fairfield Inn and Suites Calgary Downtown by Marriott and overall, it was an average experience considering the price point. First, the valet parking situation was quite frustrating. It’s really confusing and there’s absolutely no space to quickly park and go to the reception during check-in.
