We found gem last minute, as some of our plans changed. We can late (1am) and i liked that their front doors were locked. The room was very clean and modern and even though it was late, service was awesome. Ronnie took wonderful care of us and she was so helpful at that hour. Definitely our hotel of choice if we return.
This hotel has a very dishonest housekeeping staff. We left some very inexpensive items in the room when we departed. When we called the hotel to let them know the items were left in the room they said they found nothing in the room. Sad to see that you are not honest enough to place the items at the front desk in case the guest would like to have them back. Instead they claimed they never found them. The front desk clerk was not concerned and didn’t escalate the issue to management. Deeply disappointed
