Rooms were muggy and sticky due to the air conditioner quality.

It was ok, plain and simple room, king bed, my husband thought it was uncomfortable, TV, 1 chair, but we were only there about 1 1/2 hours before we left for a wedding, came back, slept and left early, a little pricey for what we needed. I mean, we weren't on vacation
I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and was so happy and impressed with the entire staff. The front desk was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to assist with my handicap father, which meant so much to us. The breakfast staff were friendly, professional, and attentive — they made sure everything was well stocked and that guests were taken care of. Housekeeping was also very kind and thorough. Overall, the hospitality and care from every department made our stay truly enjoyable.
