Over booked. Didn't have a room for us.
Place is nice clean rooms decent pressure on there water. Small pillows though. They give you 4 per bed but they are extremely small like throw pillows. If you get something delivered it will arrived at the lobby there not allowed to bring it to your room.
Hotel was fabulous, very clean and secure, bathroom was huge and clean
