Hotel provided excellent services and hospitality. The receptionist at check-in by the Alex went over and above to accommodate check-in process and provided information needed to have a great stay in the area. Thanks very much appreciated.

The highlight for my visits here (6 weekend visits, the past 2 months), are the service provided by Alex at the front desk and Fancie at the morning breakfast area. Alex is"customer service driven" and does everything within the tools provided her, to accommodate guests to the hotel. She greets you with a smile, a welcoming tone, and is eager to process your reservation or request for a room. I stayed from Sunday-Friday. The housekeepers did not enter the room not once. I needed new towels, trash to be emptied, my trash bins were over flowing. A housekeeper opened the door once, heard my kids inside, left, & never came back. The tv remote works sometimes.
