I am writing to formally report a very concerning check-in experience associated with my reservation (Confirmation #:72158905), which occurred during my daughter’s birthday weekend. The reservation was in my name (TamaraPugh), and my daughter was added to the account for check-in purposes. Check-in time was listed as 3:00 PM. Breakfast is a joke!!!!! Kept running out of everything!!! Waffle irons not turned on any of the days we stayed!! Only bowls to eat out of no plates! Asked for pool towels and was told house keeping had not washed any so all we could have was 3 for our family of 5!!! Wifi wouldn't work well enough to support TV app Netflix (provided on room TV with your account)! The rooms were clean and I will say the room decent.
