Excellent experience staying at this hotel when I was in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful to make sure I had everything I need and the room was very clean and tidy. Decent complimentary breakfast in the morning. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Asheville.
Upon arrival, I was tired & cranky but Aaliyah met us w/a smile as soon as we walked in every time. She answered my questions and made us feel right at home! VERY PROFESSIONAL! In the room, I was very happy with how clean it was. Comfortable. And equipped with everything we needed plenty of towels, coffee maker, ironing board, blow dryer, refrigerator, microwave easy to use TV and Wi-Fi. Not forcing us to shop somewhere else in the hotel. Near everything. Outstanding customer service from the front desk. Place looks brand new! I appreciate the bathroom amenities ( 2 soaps, lotion). Even the window sills were clean!
Smooth check-in and check-out. Clean, standard rooms. Good location, not far from the center of Ashville. Parking is free (and not so with some other hotels if you stay in the downtown area). Breakfast was good. Coffee was really weak. Professional front desk service.
