My wife and I booked a room here through Orbitz. When we arrived, we were informed that they could not accommodate us. There were other people in the lobby who had booked through Hotels.com who had the same problem. The hotel is the problem. Do not stay here!!
I stay at this hotel every single week when I am in town. Probably 8 to 10 times in the last few months for 3 to 4 days at a time. Upon checking in today, I asked her for a water as a platinum Bonvoy member. She tells me I cannot have a water and that they no longer give them to Bonvoy members. I told her I just got a water last week while I was there and she said I shouldn’t have and was very rude.
