Jeez, tough crowd. This hotel is amazing! Very clean, smells lovely, staff is exceptional, room smelt great and VERY CLEAN, shower pressure amazing, bathroom VERY CLEAN, you can open the window slightly for some fresh air, spacious. I LOVE IT! Clean hotel inside and out! Only thing I would suggest is moving the bench in the dog run so you don’t have to smell all the nasty dog crap. Other than that, I would stay here again! When I stay at a Fairfield property outside of a city center, I expect a few standard baselines: a spacious room, a comfortable bed, and quality service. I also expect complimentary parking, given the suburban location. Unfortunately, this hotel charges a ridiculous $30 per night for parking. I could understand a fee if the hotel were centrally located or within walking distance of local attractions, but that is not the case here. I tried to check in to the Fairfield Inn Annapolis at 3:45 PM. I was told check in was 3:00 PM. Yet, my hotel room wasn’t available until almost 5:00 PM. As a Titanium Elite member who traveled across the country and expected a timely check in for a nap, this is unacceptable. Moreover, I was charged $9 per 20 oz bottle of water. Normally, Titanium Elite receive at least 2 complementary bottles of water. A completely unacceptable experience.
