Darius at the front desk was the highlight of my stay. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in through the rest of my visit. His customer service was excellent and deserves to be recognized. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment, especially compared to other Fairfield Inns I’ve stayed at. The room felt very bare bones. There were no complimentary bottles of water, no luggage rack, and very limited seating. I’m disappointed to have to leave this review, but my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites fell well short of expectations. I have been a dedicated Marriott brand supporter for many, many years, and I’ve always held Marriott properties to a high standard based on my past experiences. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the level of service, communication, or professionalism I have come to expect from the brand. One of the biggest issues was parking. Jeez, tough crowd. This hotel is amazing! Very clean, smells lovely, staff is exceptional, room smelt great and VERY CLEAN, shower pressure amazing, bathroom VERY CLEAN, you can open the window slightly for some fresh air, spacious. I LOVE IT! Clean hotel inside and out! Only thing I would suggest is moving the bench in the dog run so you don’t have to smell all the nasty dog crap. Other than that, I would stay here again!
