The start and end of my trip were where the biggest issues came up, sadly - so it wasn't a perfect stay. Check-in is at 3pm, I arrive a little early and dutifully wait until 3pm to check-in. I was initially told that housekeeping hasn't cleaned my room yet. Okay, no worries, I'll just work on my laptop in their lobby. Having traveled and stayed at hotels for over a decade all around the world, I have never had such a bad experience with wifi access. Not even that it kept failing but somehow the management/ownership thought it would be a great way to treat their guests by having wifi issue tech support the responsibility of the guests.
